As previously stated, we provide free express shipping worldwide on orders totaling more than INR 1,50,000.
You can choose between Express Shipping (2–10 days) and Postal Shipping (10–15 days) for orders under that amount. We heavily subsidize both of these alternatives. For instance, express shipping to Canada only costs INR 3600, or about $60. For about INR 3600 (about EUR 40), you may get express shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and a few other European countries.
For clients from the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and some regions of Asia, a postal delivery service is available for orders priced under INR 50K (about $601.12) at a flat charge of INR 999 (approximately $12.01). Please be aware that this service will likely take 15 to 20 days to deliver.
Note: Bhutan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia are among the Asian nations that are eligible for shipping services.
Please be aware that some courier services are not allowed to ship specific kinds of natural gemstones or jewelry outside of India. For instance, FedEx might reject a particular kind of natural gemstone, Aramex might not carry gold jewelry, etc. For such jewels, the orders are dispatched from the next best courier, or using the alternate express shipper EMS SpeedPost which does not have such restrictions (takes upto 5-15 days to deliver). Few orders are typically impacted by this, and courier policies can change over time. Please feel free to contact our customer support team before placing your order to know the situation at that moment.
Note: You might not always be able to follow postal shipments online. You may follow every Express Shipment online.
Please be informed that we are not liable for any custom costs, duties, VAT, etc. that your nation may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. But take notice that the US, Canada, and Europe do not currently impose import taxes on loose diamonds. In other nations, this normally varies about 1% alone. Professional purchasers can additionally recoup the VAT. Please get in touch with your local customs office if you have any questions. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us; we might occasionally be able to share previous client experiences.
Please be aware that in the event that an international purchase is canceled or denied by the customer after it has been shipped, the client will be responsible for paying all applicable customs fees and VAT in order to return the goods to us. Any remaining balance owed by the customer, less any fees, custom duties, and VAT, will only be reimbursed to them in accordance with the return timetable following our receipt of the item.
We take extra care in packing every product we send overseas! We promise not to let you down, even though we recognize how far and long the trip is. Furthermore, we collaborate with trustworthy logistics companies like FedEx that handle your cargo with care. Our packages are sent in robust, tamper-evident wrapping. All of our shipments are also covered by insurance. You don’t have to pay anything more because the insurance fee is covered by our shipping charges.
All our shipments may be monitored online. Postal shipments to some nations, such as Afghanistan, may, however, experience tracking delays. Note that all our express shipments are sent through recognized logistical carriers like FedEx and Aramex.
The two types of gemstones that we do not export outside of India are ammolite and amber.
In many nations, your local courier service will require you to provide a legitimate form of identity (such as your social security number or tax ID) in order to clear customs for high-value goods. For a more seamless buying experience, we advise providing your courier with this information.
